  • Early RSVPs are encouraged and will be a huge help in our event preparations.

If unforeseen circumstances cause a change in your initial response, you can resubmit your RSVP until the final deadline.

  • Golf carts are vital to getting the full experience on Isla Mujeres. We recommend renting a golf cart for the duration of you stay to join us for the planned activities. When renting a golf cart you should know the following: No tolerance policy when it comes to drinking and driving. You can not have more people on the golf cart than seats (this can lead to a ticket by the police). Golf carts are treated like cars and the same rules apply. We recommend downloading an offline map to assist you while driving around the island. We will provide a curated map available for download on our website closer to the wedding date.

  • While we love all of the children in our lives, the venue is not catered towards children so please note, this will be an adults-only celebration.

  • Your love and support are more important to us than any gift but if you are feeling generous you can check out our registry below! Please do not feel obligated to give a gift! We simply ask that you come and enjoy a vacation and our special day. https://www.zola.com/registry/benandbrenda2025

  • February is one of the driest months of the year, and if it does rain, it's usually not for long. The days will be warm with about a high of 83° and a low of 67°. Some say that evenings can be slightly cooler, so it's a good idea to pack a light jacket or sweater if you run cold.

  • Yes! Non-alcoholic beverages will be available at the bar as well.

  • Located mid island is an awesome grocery store called Chedraui (like a mini Wal-Mart). They carry everything from clothes, swimsuits, TV’s, medicine, toys, alcohol, home goods and food/produce. If it is more of a specialty item, Cancun is only a ferry ride away. Located in Cancun are US style malls, Costco, Sam´s Club and more.

  • No - Please do not drink the tap water. You might get sick and miss the wedding. However, the water and ice at all of the restaurants is purified, so no worries! If you order a water it will likely be bottled. But some of the restaurants do have their own filter system.

  • The answer is yes in most places but not preferred. We strongly recommend you exchange you USD to pesos as the conversion rate for a purchase on the island usually ends up costing you more. The exchange rate is typically about $1 usd = $ 18.79 pesos. An easy way to get an estimate is if something is for ex. 100 pesos, remove a zero -to get to 10 and then dive by two, which puts you at ~$5 USD. (actual conversion puts you closer to $6 USD but its an easy way to do the math!). There are banks in Isla Mujeres where you can easily exchange. You must have your passport with you.

  • Most hotels will call a taxi for you at request, or can be hailed in busier areas. The average price of a trip from one side of the island to the other is about ~$7 USD or 150 pesos. You will want to check with your cell phone provider to see if you have roaming service available in Mexico if needed to call a return taxi back to your hotel if you choose to venture to an area that taxis do not frequent.
